I am getting ready to turbo my de with a bb t25. Here is a list of things I have come up with. Please let me know if i need to add anything so I'm not scrambling around trying to find parts on the weekend of install.. Thanks
t25
manifold
oil line
water line
downpipe
exhaust
300zx tt mafs
370cc inj.
jwt ecu
intercooler
piping (for fmic)
bov
boost guage
boost controller
turbo timer
fuel pump
Please feel free to add anything I forgot.. If I listed all I will need please let me know.. thanks.. oh I aslo have a centerforce dual friction clutch and pp that was just put in about 1000 miles ago and it claims to hold 90% over stock so I am not planning on buying a new clutch for the turbo. I plan on running 7psi on the street and about 12psi on the track..

If you are running a JWT ecu programmed for 370 injectors then you will not need the 300 zx maf. Your stock DE maf will work. You might want to add spark plugs(NGK 7's) to the list as well.

i already have a 300zx tt mafs so im just gonna use it with the 370cc injectors

So then...if you get the 300zx maf, you don't need to have JWT reprogram the ecu for 370cc injectors???

You don't neeeeeed a turbo timer. You can time it your self after hard driving. It won't need to be timed at all under normal driving. Save some money.

Jon,
When are you planning on installing this stuff? I would sell the Z32 MAF and bore out the stock one to 53.5mm. You will end up making money on the deal and the piping will be a lot cleaner looking, IMO. Going from 80mm down to 2.5" won't look as good as staying a constant 2.5" from the SR20 MAF to the T25 inlet.
Hit me up if you need any help with the install.
Peace out,

now if you bore the stock MAF do you have to get it recalibrated??? I was wondering cause i was thinking of doing this when i go turbo, I'm using 370cc and a SAFC for the comp..not planning on using the JWT comp just the stock with afc

When you bore the stock MAF, you will need to have the ECU reprogrammed with this option included in the tuning. If you are going ghetto style and using a SAFC with the stock, non-turbo ECU, then you will need to adjust for this as well.
I am not a big fan of running the SAFC with the stock ECU. While the SAFC is sufficient for controlling the fuel maps to a large degree, it does not retard the timing under boost, get rid for the speed limiter, *** does it raise the rev limiter, etc...
However, I do agree with running a JWT ECU along with a SAFC or adjustable FPR to lean out the AF ratio a bit. We all know that the JWT ECU runs a little rich to be safe. There is power to be found in leaning out the fuel curve just a bit.
Good luck,
