thats right intercoolers

Ok well I front mounted two BB intercoolers in the front great job it pulls a little better but my boost went from 10 to 8.5 psi, thats cool though because I thought I was overboosting to begin with, anyway my question is: Is there a problem with running to intercoolers?? I mean wouldn't both small ones equal one large one?? I used ABS piping for everything else with about 8 90degree couplings and about 3 straight ones, I tightened everything and everything is chedder so far...

Well just give me your two cents on whether or not this was a stupid Idea of mine... But hey two front mounts for 30 bucks everything....installed and everything needed not bad huh.

I think it would work just fine.............

think about it one intercooler could heat soak alltogether but with dual intercoolers the second intercooler would be verty hard to heat soak since the charge has been cooled by the first considerably.

The only down fall would probably be psi drop like mentioned.

Just my $0.02

I dont remember but I think others have tried using eclipse intercoolers and weld them together to make one big core. Supposedly the first gens have a HKS core thats why. But it does work the same. Not sure about running 2 consecutively ***; but whatevers.

I posted this before but never really got an answer. Why not just weld 2 BB I/c's side by side. Weld the cores not at the pipes. Make one long BB I/C. I believe it would work fine.
