there is an Exedy complete clutch kit on Ebay right now for $143.25. I was wondering if anyone could give positive/negative comments about Exedy.

If you want an Exedy clutch kit for the SR20DE then you are out of luck. I talked to a seller of exedy clutch kits and the two that are for the sr20 are not going to be avaible until early 2003.

Try the Nissan Key Value clutch kit:

www.nissan-accessories.com

You get the Daiken pressure plate, nissan disc and t/o bearing for 99.95.

Who is this "seller"? You might want to deal with another "seller".

Exedy has been making clutches for Nissan's for many, many years and have been offering SR20DE clutch kits for probably as long as the SR20 has been on the road in the states.

Exedy is the #1 seller of OEM replacement kits for just about every Japanese car mfg. and also OEM installed at the mfg. as well.

If you get a clutch kit and it has a Daikin pressure plate and a Exedy disc, you have a Exedy clutch kit. Daikin is Exedy's US division. In fact, the Nissan Value clutch is a Exedy kit.

And a member on www.g20.net just received his Exedy clutch kit from eBay as well. So, they are available and are being sold.

I can't find the site right now I am in school I will post it later this evening. The two clutch kits I am refering to have a hd p/p and one has an organic disk the other is a sprung hub puck style disk. The guy may have been b/sing me, but thats what he said.
