what is up with that UI have a 93 noise i annoying is it missing fluid? or what? works fine after engine been warmed or I guess breaks been used....

It is supposed to cycle for like 2 seconds. it goes (grrrunnn). Thats the ABS pump. It goes away when you drive. Beglad you hear it. When you don't then it is trouble.
