I was wondering if anyone has done a twin turbo set up on a SR20DET before???
Any links or pictures would be a great help.

I don't think anyone has done it anywhere in the world. Reason being, it doesn't make much sense to put on twin turbos. I think people(i.e. manufacturs) generally use twin turbos to reduce turbo lag(300ZTT, Skyline, Supra, Porshce, RX-7). But those motors are bigger too sitting in a larger engine bay with more space. I don't know if there's even space for a twin turbo setup in a SR powered car without getting very creative with the exhaust manifold and all of the IC and intake plumbing. And an SR with a t25 starts spooling at 2k rpm and is at full boost at 2.5k. Even with bigger turbos, if you get them full ball bearing, there's not much lag. All of the extra plumbing, etc, of a twin turbo system reduces the efficency vs. a single turbo setup I think. I guess that's why a lot of people with Skylines, RX-7s and Supras do a single turbo conversion. IF you managed to do a TT setup on a SR, it would definitely be unique!

there is a twin turbo SR20 motor...i cant remember where i seen the pic but basicvally one turbo was below the exhaust ports and the other was directly above it.

Not sure why people make TT I4's. To me it doesn't make sense moneywise.

Saurus did a twin turbo setup on a Silvia. I have some pics of a few twin turbo sr motors but none of them are in car. I'll have to look for them though but its been done. Don't think there was ever a twin setup in a fwd or awd sr powered car though.

I've seen pics of a twin turbo GTiR motor.I think it was frokm New Zealand.

Yeah there is plenty twin turbo sr20de's out there. But the only thing is that the turbos are all custom made for the motor and that cost like what my parents payed for the escalade. But the setup is possible also. My story about that engine is I was at my friends shop, he imports directly from Japan-he had sitting there-a custom twin turbo sr20de with front mount intercooler used with everything. Well he offered my to buy it installed $2500, I asked him if we could try to put it in first, when we did, I noticed tooooo many problems and so did he, so we pulled it out. He ordered me my sr20det from the avenir. Thats the last I saw of that motor, I think he sold to a dumb guy with a 240-that didnt know what he was doing. Well just to let you know they are out there just search a little- too much problems for my busy a$$. Well peace.
