: Question for all forum members?
SE-Rican 11-14-2002, 05:32 AM I love to see how everyone here prefers there own method of building a car. Some like boost some like N/A some love Juice :D <------me and some just like stockers. I put this Poll up to see how many member of each kind there are.

This post is not intended to start a war!

yeah, thats how i feel. I figure anyother year or so of NA, then its goin to be something else. Hopefully the prices on VEs will drop by then!
NA for now, until and only until I can afford boost. As soon as I get enough loot, contents will be under pressure:cool:
Anime Gee 11-14-2002, 10:22 AM I'm pretty much going N/A. I'm gonna put on a Stromung exhaust, AEM C.A.I. or JWT pop charger, pulleys, waiting for a C.A.R.B. legal header (CA sucks), & that's about it. I'm not gonna boost it or work on the internals 'cause it's way too much money & too much hassle. I'm wating for my WRX STI to come over. I'll be playing around with that! :D
Serban 11-14-2002, 10:50 AM Turbo!!!.....in a week or 2 :D
AaroNX 11-14-2002, 11:21 AM I like the Nitrous!
Katana200sx 11-14-2002, 02:07 PM N/A only bc i cant afford boost or juice right now..next few months though!
FastNX 11-14-2002, 02:16 PM I don't know!!!!
nor do i have the funds at this point. I'd like to get the things that work with turbo (S3's, pulleys, etc) then eventually go turbo, but i'd want instant throttle response and top end pull, which woul suggest VE, but for the price of a VE setup i could make so much more with a turbo and it goes around and around like this.
94sentraSER 11-14-2002, 03:11 PM So what process must one go thru to install Nitrous? Realistically speaking i probably wont be going turbo anytime soon seein that i just recently installed a JDM engine and i didnt have enough for a DET. Must you retard timing? I mean is it tough to juice? I might look into the possibility of juicing within the next year.
It all depends on the size that you want to go with. Do some searching you'll find all you need to know.

THE SR20DE HISTORY.....
paul p 11-15-2002, 02:02 PM For the moment i have to be content w/ N/A, oh yeah, no cams too. Wanna stay STS legal . Honestly *** i don’t mind, i’ve owned ‘Teddy’ for over 5 years now and have only been modding for this past one. It’s been fun, do a little here, drive for a while, do a little there. Feeling the incrimental improvements as the car shoves me into the seat or the belts a little harder. Still have headers, ECU, pulleys and the HyperCo/AGXs before i max out the class.
I need to pick up another car that won’t be subject to any competition specs. Maybe a 4-door b13 then go Turbo or VE. Get some leather on the seats (like yours eh Rob), badge it as an Infinity B20 and go huntin for M3s or some Murrican pony cars. I do miss RWD quite a bit so maybe a s13 w/ some form of sr20 in there.
Y’all will be the first to know too. :D
Then again i'd love to own a small Bimmer (too bad the b13 is FWD). A 'vertible would be nice, a Miata or a party boat. Then there's the original MR2, always thought one of those could be a blast. Another RX7 perhaps (w/ blowdrier this time :p)
BTW maybe include VE as a separate poll catagory.
91sentra_se-r 11-15-2002, 03:50 PM turbo for me just waiting for an injector cap to start it up
1F@$t9d7 11-15-2002, 06:02 PM Right now my car is stock. BUT, I have a F-max stage II turbo kit sitting in my room waiting on a few things and then she will be turob feed.
