ok well im about to finish up on all *** parts that i need to do this swap... Now my question is, are the earlier year trannys different than the newer years(not lsd tranny)?

And could i put on some 97 year Axles on a 92 year tranny and vice-versa?

Yes the axles from 91-97 will fit as long as they are all 5 spd. As for the tran, they are the same on the outside but the 95-97 have the sensor for the flywheel on the outside front which is needed for the 95-97 model but not needed for 91-94. As for the the inside thats another story. Just get a 95 -97 trans. If you need axles I have some from a 96 200 sx ser.

Ok but will the 96 200sx axles work on my 92 NX? The guy that im buying the tranny from said it was a 94 and i have a 97 SE-R engine, will there be a major problem? And how much will you let the axles go for?
