Ok guy I have search the hell out of this one.I have found that it is about 8 pounds lighter.But will it fit in a 93 block? I seen that andrea's use it is his 200 hp motor but the origanl thread is gone.I am going to replace the crank anyway and want to know if it is just as strong . I am building an all turbo motor 30psi. Like always your respond's is greatly valued

Its lighter but not as strong. its lighter because it as less counterweights. It will fit as well.

Make sure to use the 2000 crank pulley. It has a harmonic balancer that the 4 counterweight crank needs. NO, a UR pulley will not suffice. Maybe run GTI-R main cap bolts (available from Nissan Motorsports catalog) also.

well not sure yet if I am going to run it but I am puting a turbo motor to gether and i need a crank.How much weaker is it I am goingfor 480+ so I don't want the crank to fly out lol

The 2000-01 crank is just as strong as the 91-99 crank. The only diffrence is thats the 2000-01 crank is lighter and has less counter weights but it is more prone to vibrations at high RPMs. If you do get this crank just make sure you put on the factory pully damper. I have one of these cranks for sale for $400 shipped to your door.

400 is that with the stock pulley and is it new? with bearings?

Again, I have a stock crank that cost $400 shipped to your door. The crank is used with 4,000 miles on it.

i just came back from amsterdam ny.well your welcome any time i am laid off of work and also doing a 94 se-r det with cumigham rods and je piston and t3/t4 this car can run 28psi all day
