Storm88000 06-07-2001, 01:51 AM Got any better pics of the first one? The Yellow one is a bit too plain for that paint job IMO
all I see is 2 red Xs
MarC
Bowlcut 06-07-2001, 08:03 AM Dont put stockers...those are the best looking ones
The first one looks like crap IMHO, and then the second one...looks like nothing but a lowered classic...oh well
anyone know what kind of front end that is?? and if he had to modify it much to get it fit right?
I know the stockers look the same but damn some those car ie, the ones in the picture look like a big waste of $$. Hey how about I dump half my paycheck into a 9 year old compact car. Most that shit adds weight, wind resistance and don't get me started on big wheels. I'm wonder if I am the only one who knows this but big wheels/tires slow cars down. I've read 2 article where dyno power was lost because it takes more torque to rotate a wheel of larger diameter. Sometimes the bigger setup adds weight which hurts even more. I am curious how many people I just pissed off, but I say take the $ and buy a mutual fund.
enjoyDride 06-07-2001, 11:30 AM Hey where did that front end come from, I think I want one!!![QUOTE]Originally posted by Sr20 B12:

To each his own is what I say.

Profound...who would have thought that bigger, heavier wheels are harder to accelerate?
I am curious how many people I just pissed off,
My guess is no one is pissed, just amused.

Or you could just buy a few shares rather than buying the whole fund. Even better advice would be to invest in a high performing tech stock in these prosperous times.

Actually that yellow classic looks good as hell. I really like the classic with clean lines and that lowered look. The way the rear wheels sit under the wheelwell. That is nice. I hate graphics and sparkle paint. Clean and mean is my motto.
Clean and mean. Absolutely. I can appreciate the time and effort to make your car look more aggressive and all that but without the muscle to back it up. . . I've never understood that. But those are some good looking cars, I love that yellow. http://laf.cioe.com/~benbobbo/NonCGI/smile.gif
MaddMatt 06-08-2001, 09:11 AM [flame retardant suit on] That first one looks like my ass. The yellow one is gorgeous, except for the 18" wheels. I mean, damn. 18" wheels on a Sentra look as rediculous as 14" wheels on a Viper.[/flame retardant suit off]

Sr20 B12 06-08-2001, 03:37 PM You guys are funny http://laf.cioe.com/~benbobbo/NonCGI/smile.gif I have better pictures of show classics i've taken myself but these are just some I found online. I love the yellow one. If it had a 93 -94 front bumper and maybe a R33 GTR headlight conversion (if you wanna get crazy) it would be sssssssswwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeetttttttt!!!!!!!!
Also, who here thinks the rear view mirrors on the B13 looks to big? Is there any replacements around for them?

I think it's just about right. I can actually read the letters "B-M-W" in the hood ornament of the cars I pass on track http://laf.cioe.com/~benbobbo/NonCGI/biggrin.gif
