My windows are a royal pain in the butt to roll up. Does anyone know what parts need to be replaced to fix this?

Find some silicon spray, and use it on the front and rear track of the window, roll the window up and down a few times. You may try spraying the area a few times during this time, and the windows will be easier to roll up and down.
