Can I replace the wheel studs on my 92 SE-R with ones that fit a Honda? The reason I was thinking this is because Nissan uses a not so widely used thread pattern on the wheel studs and it somewhat of a pain to look for custom lug nuts they all fit Hondas. I was thinking of getting some extended wheel studs but before I do I would like to know if I could do this?

You can get any lug nut made for a honda for your nissan. Hell if you can't find them I can get them and send them to you if you like.

Believe it or not, AutoZone carries a nice selection of lug nuts for our Nissans (12x1.25mm thread pitch). They usually keep them behind the parts counter, in an organizer tray. Ask for them.
I have 4 sets of lugs for my SE-R, all purchased at Monkey Zone (AutoZone). Most of their lugs are in the $1 apiece range, a steal. The only style they do not carry (that I will need shortly) is an open-end, flat style.
Good luck.
