370cc = 35.2 lbs/hr
Max HP with 370cc or 35.2 lbs

Injector x Cylinders x Duty Cycle/ BSFC

(370cc)35.2 x 4 x 1.00% / .55 = 256.6whp

I have my injectors tuned down -18% on my SAFC so:

370 - .18% = 303.4cc (28.89 lbs/hr)

Injector x Cylinders x Duty Cycle/ BSFC

(303.4cc)28.89 x 4 x 1.00% / .55 = 210whp

I guess if I had a Apex AVCR to check duty cycle I could verify this better and assuming the SR20DET has a BSFC of .55 which seems to be right on if HotShtSR20 made around my exampled peak horse power with 370cc @ stock fuel pressure or 3bar and maxing out or just about the injectors and MAF.

Oh yeah, i'm running the stock wastegate actuator, so about 7 psi

For this to be accurate I most have a BSFC of .55 any higer than this rate and horsepower would fall off which would be the same as running to rich.

lemme see if i got this

444cc or 42.2 lbs
Max HP with 444cc or 42.2 lbs

Injector x Cylinders x Duty Cycle/ BSFC

(444cc) 42.2 x 4 x 80% / .55 = 246whp

Is that right? I kinda want more than 250whp so lets try the 4bar formula

59.08/44.31 x444= 592cc or 56.38 lbs

Injector x Cylinders x Duty Cycle/ BSFC

(592cc) 56.38 x 4 x 80% / .55 = 328whp

Thanks more like it! :D

Remember you don't choose what duty cycle your car runs at so .85% is better to assume during none WOT and from 85% to 90-100% for WOT throttle. I read somewhere that most injectors during WOT will run in the 87-90% range, but I could be wrong.
