i was thinking a big huge AIM/trillian chat...

I'm home either saturday or sunday nights. The easiest way -- I think -- it should be done is doing it through AIM. Create a chat room and invite all the people in there (according to their AIM names of course). We do it on a nightly basis on my board, and suprisingly, its a big success. :D

Yeah, I'll never be there Sunday night at 7. And I mean never. Maybe it should be l later when everyone gets home? Some of the guys here might still be cleaning up fron dinner at 7 also.
