Hey guys, i have read countless posts on tapping DE blocks for oil return an stuff but how do I use my pretapped BB DET block and lines with a T3/04E turbo? Do I replace the lines that are there with different lines or what. I am just a little confused here.

Well all the views and no responses tells me that this was just a retarded question. I must be missing something. I will figure it out.

no its not, yes you have to replace the current lines with a steel braided line for the feed and you could either use a steel braided line for the return or a new hose, they sell some that is supposed to be better, if you do a search you should be able to find out about this one type that you dont even need to hose clamp, you will also need to block off your existing water feed and return, feed with a bolt and return with maybe vacuum line and a bolt and hoseclamp it on or something to that affect, good luck

I don't know the answer to your question, but I can point you in the right direction. You should contact Jason, he'll probably be able to help you. He's address is www.jgycustoms.com.

Ahh the famous Jason, he is all knowledgable. I just hate bugging him all the time. I bought my BB DET from him.

its not that complicated, just measure out the size of lines you will need im sure youll figure it out Coach, what manifold are you using bro?
oh you will also need to get different fittings for the block for the return and feed just bring a hose shop your old bolts and they should be able to get you fittings and also you will probably need to get fittings for the turbo unless you allready got them.

oh well you dont have to worry about getting the lines until you get the manifold anyway then, that will be the only way to get a real good guage on what size lines you need. sounds good though man!
