I'm just wondering if you use this with just water? Or do you use with water, coolant and water wetter? TIA.

For the best performance use the water wetter with only water. If you're in a cold climate where it gets below freezing definitely use coolant. Since you live in PR I'm sure you'll be fine without the coolant... water wetter has anti-corrosive properties which will help protect your cooling system.

I've used it with only water before during the summer, but switched to a 50/50 water/coolant mixture during the winter here in the Northwest.

Two bottles, distilled water. No tap or spring water. Some performance motorcycle shops carry a blue fluid (can't remember the name) that is premixed, supposedly better than waterwetter. I use WW, easy to get.

I use WW, distilled water and Prestone in a ~70/30 mix. Just enough to protect my engine down to ~0F.

I thought coolant had some lubricants too which were neccessary for the A/C condensor, etc. I run about 70/30 water/coolant with WW.

I Think that stuff is called Engine Ice it is blue and my friends and I used it our race bikes. It does keep stuff cooler. I don't know how it compares to Water Weter though.

I run the same mixture and I've never experienced any cold weather problems. Works great for me.

Coolant doesnt run through your a/c condensor.

Thanks for the advice guys. Sorry for the late response, christmas timing is a little hectic (sp?) for me this year. Happy holidays :).

That stuff is expensive! Water Wetter is much cheaper. I used that, w/ antifreeze (~35%) and distilled (~65%) and it's doing fine here in cold, cold Detroit.
