There has been a lot of good post about different cams. I have learned a lot, and thanks to all who have posted. What I want to know is are there any cams that make more low end and mid-range power? I know our cars like to rev, being 4 bangers and all, but does that mean there is no hope? I would give up top end any day for low and mid range gains.

you could possibly put cam gears on there and tune it, but it would cost some money.

Ok i understand torque is important but... my first car er.. vehicle was a minivan with a luggin 2.5 135 torque 100hp... no top end. Jetta 1.8t mom's car... lots o torque and no top end... makes you feel reel fast... but my car beat it stock. My point?? I find my car's powerband too be much more enjoyable than any ol torquer.
