I'm considering sending of my T25 off to be extrude honed, well the exhaust side that is. Is it worth the $70, it's not like the T25 has a lot of lag?
And I'm also considering, having it ceramic coated along with the manifold. Will this help increase performance?
Let me tell you what my goals are and what I plan on doing. I plan on running Andreas' famous bored maf 4bar setup with a T25, S3 cams, UR pulleys, HS fmic kit, 3" dp, and 3" exhaust. My goal is to get around 250whp. I know I should just get a T28, but I got a really good deal on a T25. Do you think I can reach those goals with the T25? Thanks

I have seen T25 pushed up to those kind of numbers and it takes every little bit, like extrude honing and all that. But it will definitely be maxed out. you are on the right track though that is for sure.

Just for example, I saw dyno numbers somewhere on a T-25 with 260'something Wheel horsepower, with 2 1/2" exaust. No hard evidence though. :(
