: Question for SE-L owners

Hey! Attention '99 Sentra SE-L owners. I just want to know some questions. I would like to buy one '99 SE-L. What will be a good price for one SE-L in excellent condition and low mileage?

These '99 SE-L's, do they have roller rocker arm or regular rocker arms for the cams like '91-'98 SR20DE powered vehicles?

Believe me that some SR20DE powered cars like these SE-L and others like the NX2000 are getting hard to find. It is harder to find them in good condition  . Some people don't take care of their cars like they are suppose to. Also I was searching for a '96 Infiniti G20T(5spd), but these are harder to find.

I just like nice cars that not everybody owns(probably that is why they are hard to find :p ). Cars that I also consider good "sleepers" :) .

I will appreciate any answer. Thanks

Whats up BORICUA!!! In Puerto Rico cars have a tendancy to be more expensive than here in the states. Goodluck finding one. When I went to Puerto Rico like 8 months ago I honestly did not see one SR20 powered car. :(. Are you selling your Sentra? I hope not.

Hey my friend!

NOOOO! I'm not selling my kid! :p These cars are becoming like colectors items :D . There is a guy here that wanted to give me $6000.00 for my car. But I said, NOOO! Is not for sale. If some of you think that $6K for a '93 SE-R is too much money, think again, here in PR is the normal price for a '92-'94 SE-R in good condition. We pay more for a car than any state in the US.

I just want to know a good price for a '99 SE-L. Like a said before, I like good rare cars or cars that not everybody onws. I will never buy an accord or camry, WHY?, EVERYBODY has one. And I also want to know if they have the roller rocker arm for the cams? Probably I will buy it when I move to FL within three months.

There was one SE-L for sale in FL $7800 with 28K miles, but I think they sold it. :(

Here is one that you don't see every day and it looks brand new. Believe me, here in PR that price is nothing for a car of that year and that mileage

Thanks my friend! I own this car for almost 6 years now, first i got the bumpers and mirrors painted like 3 years ago. And recently I painted the roof, trunk, spoiler, the grill and the side moldings. Some of you may be ask why I didn't paited it all, just one good reason, another $1000.00 for the rest of the car. HERE IN PR EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE. Lucky for me that the rest of the car was in good condition. ;)

I would like to have one NX, because of many reasons, T-tops(caribbean weather :D ), sencond, big brakes, and the most important, there are so rare, probably everybody here will ask me what kind of car is that.

At first I didn't like the looks, but now I like it a lot :D .

People, don't forget my fist question. I still don't have any answers.

Ok, I have one,
Look for a low mileage one in good condition to go for about $8k my '99 has 75k and the blue book on it is $6500.

It has the lowport non-roller rocker head.
With an intake, exhaust and '91 intake cam i hit 128whp and 127wtq

O

My friend is looking for one - they are hard to find - and if you find out - it's rare to find it in a 5spd tranny - low miles - and good condition. So I guess this is where supply and demand hits in.

I found mine surrounded by a bunch of camaros and cavaliers ... in a chevy dealership :D Boy were those dealers glad to get it off the lot :)

For excellent condition - and low mileage - you can probably find one for about $7000ish to $9000ish. Good luck - keep us posted.
