my flex pipe on my HS header was leaking...so i had a muffler shop put a new one in....and my question is, i felt a loss of top end...but figured it was due to the leak being fix'd....

So i looked up under and noticed they use'd a lot smaller one than what came with the header...do you guys think it is the cause of my very noticeable powerloss?



one very pissed customer....btw...do you think it is at all likely to get them to buy me a new header...i don't think so...but it might be worth a try..if they can't fix it because it is now resting on my front sway bar..and rattling

ouch man, I always hate when i go to a shop for a simple fix and things get really messed up. I am not sure but it seems the hotshot secondary is 2.5" and if they used a smaller flexpipe you will have a loss of power. check the hangers on the cat to make sure they are both it cause if not it will sag down in the back and hit the sway bar.
