no one can explain this huh. oh well, no big deal. i am very happy with the sound that it makes now and am glad that my car sounds less like a honda.

Well, if you think about it...cams allow more air in and more exhaust out. Something about the sound was inevitably going to change.

Needless to say, after I installed my S3 cams, I started setting off car alarms in parking garages. That's always fun :D

I have no cams and I set off car alarms in garages, streets, wherever. However I have the Courtesy Cat Back, which is the most Agressive sounding Exhaust for our cars.

Well, I should have added that I never used to because my exhaust (although very audible, was relatively quiet) just wasn't deep enough.

The same cars are always in my parking garage at school, and ones that I didn't set off before, now get set off even when I'm just coasting thru. I made every effort possible to make my exhaust quiet, and nonbuzzy. The quiet was easy, the nonbuzzy was harder because of the header. Before cams I could set off alarms in the garage but I'd have to be on the throttle past 4K rpm, and now like I said before I set off alarms at 1400rpm. Its silly deep :D
