no they wont work....not sure about the z master cyl...most of us use the altima m/c

that is only after upgrading....

get the fastbrakes (www.fastbrakes.com) kit since your looking for a upgrade...then do maxima rears (redrilled) and use a altima master cylinder

doubt it... you can use the Z caliper on 240s. You can use the NX2000 AD22VF caliper on se-rs.

Installing Z brake calipers and master cylinder is not an easy swap. It's much more difficult than installing the same parts from an NX2000 on to an SE-R. It can be done, but could get expensive. If you want bigger brakes than the NX upgrade offers, the new "Fastbrakes" kits are quite reasonably priced.
