Hello everybody,

This morning when I go to start my car to go to work it wouldn't start. The car would do nothing like if the battery was dead. But the starter wouldn't even click. I know it's not the battery because everything is working fine and I even tried it with another battery and still nothing. So I decided to check the starter, I hooked it up directly to the battery and it started. WTF?? I checked the wire that sends a signal to the starter but it has no voltage reading. So far i've checked the following and is good:

Battery
Starter
Clutch pedal position switch
Anti-theft relay
Clutch relay
Starter fuse

The signal wire is black with a white stripe, it goes from the starter all the way into the driver side fender as far as I could see. I have no clue as to what could be the problem. Any ideas?? TIA

P.S.

This is my only car and I really need to get this thing running already :( .

it sounds like it may be the starter solenoid..

I checked the starter already and it's fine. It's the wire that sends the signal to the starter that doesn't have any power.:(

Check the fuse box behind the battery. There is a 30 amp ( I think) fuse in there and there's also a relay down by the fuses inside the car. Sorry I don't have a FSM with me right now. Hope this helps.

I took a look at the 3 relays that are on top of the fuse box inside the car. Everything seems fine, to of them activate. Does anybody know what these relays are for? I have a FSM but I just really don't know how to read it that well. Any more ideas people?TIA
