i was driving up to my parents house today when im on the freeway i hear a noise like my car just back fired i didnt think anything of it so i keeped driving at about 70 mph till i hit the exit off the freeway i got off and nothing seemed to be wrong got to my parents house parked in the driveway(which is on an incline)i got out the car and went inside for like 20-25 minutes came out to see a river of oil going down the driveway. at first i was like wtf
then i pushed her out into the street and then pushed her up to the side walk got under there and looked around and i noticed that there was no drain plug in the oil pan. then i figure out what the noise was that i heard it was the plug shooting out of the pan.

thats all

That's f'd up - is your motor OK? What sort of pressure would it take to shoot a drain plug out like that?

the question i would be asking is who changed the oil last? You or someone else. if its someone else go bitch at them.

i think the motor is ok. i did not start it after i saw all the oil i just pushed it around, as far as the last person to change my oil i have no clue seeing as how i just had the motor put in like 2-3 months ago and have only put like 800 miles on it.

Well thats who I would go after. If they are smart enough to perform an engine swap shouldnt they know how to tighten down a damn drain plug??
