Hey... I'm going to be getting some new struts this spring cause both on my right side are blown out. :(
Anyway, i'm planning on getting the KYB GR-2's (im in college, its affordable.) And was also wonder if the SUSPENSION TECH. lowering springs would be a good choice to go with??? I'm not sure if I will have the money yet to do the lowering springs but they are affordable too. But basically I just wanted to know if they are a good set of springs.
And would I need anything else?
Thanks

Yes they are good, that is the exact same setup that I have.

Be careful with those springs. My set of springs didn't last 8 mos. When I took them off of the car, the rear progressive coils were 2-3 inches shorter than when they were put on. It is acting like metal fatigue. I just put on the KYB AGX's, and they seem to be performing very well with the stock springs. I have heard that the GR-2s are a stock strut replacement, and may not handle the stiffer springs. Who really knows, though. I am happy with the FSTB and the sway bar set, heavy duty. Good Luck.

I have the same setup. ST springs with KYB GR-2's & i have no complaints.
I am trying to put together a group buy, someone mentioned they wanted AGX for the B13. This is might happen. Go to GB and vote on the poll and post it in the reply that you want AGX's and I will see what I can do. I want to show the guy the poll results.

Thanks for the replies guys. 2 positive and 1 negative... I might try them out.. that would suck to have the problem with the springs though. I'll vote on the AGX's txnx, but i doubt that they would be cheap enough that i would be able to buy them at this time or anytime soon.

If you have the option to be a little patient, see if you can land a set of used Eibachs. They are well-made and can often be had with almost no wear for around $100 after someone upgrades to coilovers or whatever. Just check the classifieds here, se-r.net, and at nissanforums.com, and be ready to jump when you see a set.
I would get Prokits, NOT sportlines. The Prokits have about as much drop as the B13 can tolerate without bottoming excessively. I had a set for about 18 months and was pretty happy.
My two cents.

Thanks Rittmeister. I'll look into the used Eibachs too.
By the way, do you guys have any pictures of your car lowered with the Suspension Tech. springs?
