also, for those who 1/4 mile race, what are your best 60' times and what size slicks do you have?

I'm not turbo'd yet, but I'm going to be doing it for the pure satisfaction of being thrown back into my seat with the twitch of my right foot :D

Street tires at 15psi air pressure I can pull off a 2.5 60ft.:D That's at stock boost!!

Quarter mile for me..


On Street Falken Azenis tires (14"), I'm getting 2.2 60', with 12psi air pressure

I dont have turbo yet, but my reason is just to have a faster car in a slower looking package =)

Enjoy it...........really I just like having a car with some balls, I can't stand driving slow cars, although there are generaly more comfortable. I'd rather have a DET in a RWD car like a 240SX but oh well I have Sentra.

drag racing is great for turbos. I found that with a powerband like the sr20, autox is a bit challenging to keep from spinning the tires uncontrolably

if your refering to my other post on my car troubles, my wife was following and when we got home, she said"damn your car is fast" i know the dude was pissed because i let off at 110-120 or so when it started acting up, and he kept on going. i know, but with no traffic, he was toast.

I use my turbo to catch those pesky yellow lights ;)

I go v8 hunting and 1/4 mile running.. best 60' is 2.123 on 205/60/14 Nitto 555r drag radials. best 1/4mile to date is a 13.474@104.52 (11psi on a t25)

Drag :) I drive around listening to the snail spool up. Music to my ears! I occasionally do the wrong thing and bust up on folk who have nothin better to do then to drive next to me and punch it. I did race a new 911 turbo today and only lost by 3 car lengths. Is that a good or bad thing! :confused: GTIRoids
