I was wondering if you guys have any experience with the combination? I would be pairing them up with Tockicos ( I'm poor ). How do they ride? Tell me what you know. Thanx.

Works pretty well on my car. Have them teamed up w/ some GAB shocks and it's a decent street set-up. Just be careful w/ potholes and major bumps.

I hate tokico's  Very ruff and bouncy ride if you ask me. That's why I'm selling the ones I have. Any takers? They are going very very cheap! Ooops wrong forum :D GTIRoids

using Tokico's on a dropped car is like using stock struts. save your money and get AGX/KYB. simple as that.

Just wondered if anyone else remembered this. IIRC that was the original setup they ran on Kojima's project 200SX. Sportline fronts, prokit rears, with GAB's. Funny they went from that setup to the Stage IV truechoice.

Cool. Who has the best deals on the KYBs? Seriously, I'm poor ( student ). Your advice is greatly appreciated.

That's pretty much why I ended up with that set-up.

Right now I have the sportlines in the front and the stock springs in the rear, it rides good, but I plan on getting some GCs as soon as I get my tax return.

I got my rear KYB AGXs off www.nopionline.com, then I got the fronts (B13's) off www.tirerack.com, I would have ordered the front B13's off nopi, but even though they show they carry them, they didnt, so tirerack was the cheapest place I found them that sold them individually. I know there are some other places that sell them cheap too. www.p-s-t.com

Best price on the 'Net for AGX's:

http://www.coximport.com

All 4 for $370 shipped.

I bought mine from them, and they're awesome to deal with...

I got my AGX from summit, b13 front & b14 rear.
This will add 3/4" of much needed travel.
Also Sportline front and prokit rear. Gives a balanced look.
I had Sportline on front and back at first and the car looked like
I had a trunk full of rocks.

Tokico makes the factory nissan strut, hence why they suck, like the nissan strut (except the 300zx struts are not THAT bad)

I know I am not a 200sx owner but I am currently running Sportlines in the front and Prokits in the rear on my Classic. I love the way it rides and it handles very nicely! I am using Tokico blues and I have not had any problems. Eventually I will swap them over to AGX/KYB's
