Tell me about that U pipe. I assume it's the compressor to IC pipe. How'd you have it made, and what side is it? I'd like to do a similar setup on my SE-R and avoid using the BB pipe and going across to the passenger side.

I got the u bend from a local hot rod shop then had my buddy weld it at the correct angle. Its 1 3/4 inch steel piping. Don't really know what else to say about it...

So you were able to source the proper flange to fit the turbo? What size inlet does your Forge have, and how did you handle the size transition?

The flange i believe was custom made, i bought the piping off a former G20 owner running the same setup. I had to custom make the top pipe becuase the one he gave me was off and then midas made sure to make it even worst (if you ever want something done wrong go there). The piping runs from 1 3/4 inch then has a coupler with a piece that is straight and then flares to 2" then from 2" to a flare to 2.5" at the inlet which is also 2.5" and out the intercooler oulet 2.5 inch all the way to the TB where it flares to 2.75"

Looks good, but how efficient is that IC when only half of it is getting air?

Actually we modded the bumpers on the back side by adding cutouts that allow more airflow to the top of the intercooler so its no a problem. The thing does an amazing job, hot side get warm cool side gets ice cold....
Thanks to everyone for looking, and yeah its fast for a 4 door, Saturday is dyno day so i guess we'll see whats up then...i'll keep everyone posted....-Jeff
