I have been searching for a 200sx for months now and I have finally found the one I want.

Actually I made my girl sell her car and she bought the SE-R. What a sweet set up:D. I couldnt find an SE-R in canada so I bought it used from Cincinatti. Drove there yesterday from Detroit 4hrs to get a 1996 Se-r 91,000 miles looks mauve?purple? got it for $4200 USD. I dont know what else to write other than Im damn excited to bring it back with me next week

Congrats!

I had to look long and hard from mine, then convinced a co-worker to sell me his.

Mine 96 has got a lot of miles on her (165k), but still runs strong & get 29-30 mpg even with the way I drive (which isn't conducive to high mpg.)

GOOD LUCK!

Hey, that's cool! Congratulations!

Are you going to swap out the instrument panel, or are you going to be hamstrung by the old-fashioned Yankee miles per hour readout? :D

Im staying yankee, We ordered some white guages off ebay last night, Im pending on some clear corners also.

I took me so long to find an SE-R in reasonable distance, but now the importing drama is gonna be a b!tch

I live here in Cincinnati and I don't see many SE-R's here. Glad you found one.

Congrats again to you and welcome to the club. (not that I've been here very long cough cough) I hope you enjoy your car as much as I have. I had a pretty good buying experience after almost getting one that was way over-priced and almost getting one with a salvage title AND then finally getting one that was in almost perfect condition for a great price. Though your drive to Cincinatti probably was much more of a nuisance then what i went through. Anyways ENJOY!!!

congrats on the new car mang. I love my 96 SE-R to death, i've had a lot of comments on it. I had a guy tell me the other day that it was one of the most impressive 4 cylinders hes ever rode in. Keep up the good work, and have fun with the car, very fun car indeed :D

Picked it up today, but can't bring it into Canada for 3days after US customs checks for leins and that its not stolen. So I got it parked at my friends place in Detroit. Pics will be up sunday.
