I would like to know if someone could tell me what a 91 NS -1600 is I have hear of the NS 2000 but never a 1600.

I am a dealer and I got one.

A NX 1600 is just the model down from the NX 2000, It has a smaller engine, no fog lights, no spoiler maybe ? cant remember, oh yeah and it has smaller brake set up too.
And maybe some other things too. But cant remember off the top of my head

there is such a horrible nx1600, its yellow, 13" hubcaps, no spoilers, no t-tops, yuck!!!!!!

The NX1600 has the GA16DE motor as opposed to the NX2000 which has the SR20DE.

The Nx1600 was produced the same model years as the Nx2000, 91-93. It has the 1.6 liter GA16DE engine, making 110hp and 108 lbs of torque. Call it the true economy version of the NX's.

NX 1600 engines are horrible. Reliability is much lower then The NX 2000. Don't waste your time on NX 1600 purchasing, unless you have no choice. Smaller brakes, differant engine and trany, weaker springs, smaller exhaust, smaller wheels & tires, smaller anti-roll bars, all the cosmetic differances and I'm pretty sure no power window etc... options. Doing swaps on parts between the NX 1600 & 2000 is not to hard.

A NX1600 is the same,mechanicly,as a Sentra SE. That is having the same engine/trans and suspension components,as well as the smaller AD18VF brakes.
