I highly recommend using the search button. Before posting such a general question you should always check there. Good luck!

Has it ever been installed? You can get one from the jdm engine importers for that or less, with 30k-40k miles on them. It'll bolt up to your stock transmission, but you'll need an aftermarket clutch. It won't hold that power long.

I ordered from him last Thursday, waiting on it to come in. It comes with wiring harness cut at the fire wall, ECU and full innercooler setup. My total shipped to Ohio was $2075. Or you could get a Blue Bird for $100 cheaper but if I were you I would go with the GTI-R for the extra $100 for the lower comperssion and bigger turbo. As far as a tranny you could use your stock SR20DE one for now and later have the 5th gear pop out fixed and have welding done to reinvorce it but for the most part you are fine with the tranny you have. I would only upgrade it with the welds and gear fix if you do anything to put more preformance on it. The GTI-R hooks right up to the harness you have you just have to modify a couple of things to make the right connections, nothing big at all, and the ECU hooks right in as well, engine swaps are easy as long as you have the right tools, I just pulled my engine last night, wasnt hard at all. Hope this helps, If you are interested in the process in which the GTI-R goes in and different things like that or if you have any questions on swapping the engine in general PM me and I will be happy to answer any questions you have.

why do people skip over the ones on this forum that have been there for us a long time? Look at Jason www.jgycustoms.com and unlucky www.forcedinductionracing.com and Chris at www.sr20development.com and then there is www.soko.com and more. People look at wierd importers on Ebay and stuff looking for a deal and they just get kicked in the ass.

I know by experience that Jason Young is one of the best and most thorough people to work with when it comes to parts in our community and I recommend him to everyone I talk to looking for a DET or tranny or installs.

Man that dude Unlucky... He's so unlucky because he suffers from Penis-non-erectus... But anyways... He builds cars to leave from stop signs like it was sunday at noon... Thats why I'm getting 350 whp under my hood... so I can race grandmothers from church...

:D

Cheers and Shit-
