I bought a 91 ser with a 95 engine swap. Probably the worse purchase ever.

I got out side and my car is covered in snow. I turn the key the dash lights up but when i try to crank everything goes dead its like the battery is dead buts its not.

After a little while some times the dash lights come back on but again I turn the key and everything goes dark even the dome lights shuts off.

Any ideas? I pulled all the fuses in the box in the car except like 3 engine ones and still nothing.

Battery is dead...they can hold a slight charge and such, also i noticed you said your car was covered in snow, make sure the Cold Cranking amps on the battery are high, if its to low it won't produce enough power....

No its not dead I tried jumping it with the other car connected the dash would go dark the same way :(

Check the ground wire on battery.

where are you located? I will take the car off your hands if u want.

check the alternator and the starter.. same thing happened to me

turned out to be both alternator an the starter getting stuck..
so if you here a click..but motor doesnt turn.. its the starter.
