OK. The G20 has been doing some odd things lately. Current mods to the car are as follows:

96' BB SR20DET Motor w/ T25 TMIC Setup
96' BB ECU
370cc Injectors (stock BB, just adding this hear for clarification)
Bored MAF
2.5" JGY Downpipe
2.5" Custom Cat-Back
XBC Boost Controller
TurboXS Type H BOV
Set of Cams (Unkown)

The following symptom started happening 4 months ago. The mods list hasn't changed so please don't say its because of X part... ;)

When the car starts in the morning the idle *FLYS* to 2500RPM..causing the car to knock a bit on cold startup. It'll stay there for about a minute and then the idle will come back down..if I'm not there to tap the gas the car will stall, but if I tap it the the idle shoots back up to a High R, then comes down and trys to stall again. it takes 4 times of this before the car starts idling at 900RPM.

When I come to a stoplight...idle hovers at 1200RPM (never did this before)..but If I pump the brake it'll drop back down to 900RPM?

Another thing:

I am doing the FMIC from Ebay..the one where the guy cuts up the Powerstroke intercoolers into 3 and welds end tanks and sells them. This is for my measly T25. Can anyone give me any comments on this product? And also, I am going to buy a length of Exhaust pipe for my IC Piping. What should I use for couplers?
I am going to be putting a Walbro in the tank. Can I run 12psi all day long with that IC? Currently I am running 8psi with the TMIC setup (no scoop).

How much do they sell these intercoolers?

My NX did strange things like that too... It didn't until I decrease the idle to 800rpm. Before it was 1500 and no problems. Try this, raising the idle..

ur Idle air controler valve might be jacked, Try swapping on ur old one form the DE. or go get a new one.

check for vacuum leaks, esp on the brake booster. make a pressure tester and listen....

is that turbo xs type h bov recirculated or not. also i would check your aacv, mine last year got a large amount of carbon build up on it and caused it to idle pretty funny.
