1) Fully debadged the car, including the rear sentra emblem and the two SE Limited badges on the side. Has a much cleaner look in my opinion.

2) Cut the stock shifter a good 4-5 inches. WOW, what a difference. Looks and feels MUCH better. Ill prolly go buy a new shifter tomorrow.

3) When i went to look at the car at the dealership, they had the door panel off and said they were replacing the power window motor. Heres my problem: Both of the front windows move up VERY slowly, fully stopping at times on the way up. Its the same whether the engine is off, or i am cruising. Any tips on what could be causing this, and how to fix it? Anyone else had this problem?

Try some graphite powder around the track the window slides in.

I have the same sorta problem.
All the windows work fine from the drivers controls, but the passenger window will only go down from the passenger controls, not up. I have to put it up with my controls. If this is common, maybe we can go get some kinda recall or something. If anybody knows what the problem is, let me know. I've tried looking at the connector and all of the pins are straight and theres no problems there.

i got my car in november and the drivers door window has always gone up slow and it just died on me 2 days ago..... i think once the window starts slowing down the motor is on its way

When i took my car in for service, i asked the guy at the dealership to use silicone spray along the window track. They did it, and it pretty much fixed the problem.

Get some silicon and lube the rails up. Those windows won't be going up slow after that. thats what i did. If u aint got some silcon lube, use some ky jelly haha j/j. for ur shifter, get a momo shiftknob and b&m short throw.
