Probably just the emmissions stuff. Your car actually might run worse with the Jspec ECU since the cars there don't have any emmissions equipment.

It won't make more power. Its not a better ecu, just a DIFFERENT ecu.

i'm not sure but i think if u remove ur emisions equipment it should make a difference. i have a primera motor on my 92 se-r and i removed all the emissions stuff and the cars runs just fine with the stock ecu but i think it would run even better if u use a j-spec ecu. if u can let me know wear 2 get 1 i'd like 2 try 1
