I'm currently running the following setup on my 96:

ST Front & Rear Sways
AGX's front & rear w/ Eibach Pro-Kit springs
HS Gen 5 header

Problem:
When I decelerate hard by gearing down, the front sway & headers make fairly hard contact, causing a vibration to rattle through the car. The ST front bar is the new style, attaching on top of the control arm, not below.

Anyone else have a similar problem & a fix that worked for them?

sounds like you need a set of motor mount inserts. they will make a really harsh vibrating noise when they go bad, that was the problem i had, a set of inserts will fix it more than likely

I would more than likely agree, if this hadn't started immediately after the sway bars were installed.

I'm thinking I didn't quite get the front sway bar aligned properly, but I haven't had a chance to get the car up on a lift yet...

I wrapped my ST sway bar with Earls Flameguard wrap where it meets my AEBS header. It won't burn and acts as a cushion.
