Does anyone have any connections with computers, networking, helpdesk, etc etc. I am moving to Dallas in June and would like to have a job or possible interests if I can.

I have taken the following courses: A+, N+, MCP(2000 Pro), MCP(2000 Server). However, I have yet to take the exams. I wont be able to take the exams till I get there and get some income rolling in.

Any leads/know anyone hiring/willing/etc?

don't wait too long to takes those tests.... they are not so easy

tech jobs are tough in Dallas - with an A+ cert CompUSA at most of their stores will consider you for a bench tech (PC Upgrade/Repair) - not glamorous, but it will keep your skills up playing with stuff until you can find something

LOOKING for a job in Plano. I have enough cash to hold me off for two months until I find something(just about anything). I'm not worried about the A+, N+, MCP+. I have the study guides from my teacher which covers 99.5% of all test questions ;)

ccna, or ccnp study guides would be better...ehehe

This is kinda off topic but if you could get welding certs for power plant work I could get ya in for 20-30 a hour. 70 + hours a week:( You do the math.
