Yes, he's sure. He's got 205/50R-15 tires mount on 15" wheels on his NX. Depending on the wheel offset, it more than likely should not rub the fenders.

I've had 205/50R-15 tires on my NX (stock 200SX SE-R wheels) with no problems, and this was just for an autox.

Yeah, what Andrew said http://www.sr20deforum.com/NonCGI/smile.gif

I don't know what the seller was talking about, wether 205 would fit on the wheel or if it would fit under the fender. Either way, I have 205/50/15s on my car and they fit no problem. I did have to roll the driver's side fender up front, but that was due to some custom bodywork that the previous owner did.

That's me!

215-45-15. And you are perfectly correct, they won't fit unless you're using a +35 offset (that's with 7" wide rims).

This is as large as it goes without rolling. *perfect* fit.

Someone around here is running around on 215/45/15 Toyo T1-S tires. I think the offset needs to be 35mm and it will fit JUST BARELY, without rolling felders.

Lets just hope they are hubcentric. If not either they won't fit or will shake like a muthafucha!
Also, if you are running a 40mm or more offset you will rub the rear struts with a 205. Always mount the rim and tire on the car before buying them. Never assume because it is a 4X100 it will fit. Nissans are 59mm hubs. Thats friggin big compared to Honda or Mazda. Wanna see the difference, mount your spare onto a Honda and you will see the difference and vicea versa.

I'm running 215/40/16's on mine, but i've got a 3mm spacer. Just to throw an odd note on this, tire sizes have some "play" in them.
My old BFG's fit with no problem, but my Yok's rub the struts!!

No problems yet, with mine or Nick Eberhart's ( who's got twice the spacer I do!)
