Tommorrow I am gonna try to fix the back of my car, here is the procedure i am gonna do it in, please tell me if you know of anyways to do it better. By the way what is the best way to go about spray painting your car without it looking homedone.

1) Sand down the whole trunk
2) Drill holes in the dented area
3) Spray primer on the inside of the trunk where the metal is exposed
3) Apply bondo and smooth it down the best i can
4) Sand bondo to make level with trunk
5) Spray black primer on the whole trunk
6) Paint trunk piece with matching car color
7) Wet sand the paint
8) Use rubbing and polishing compound

bondo holds better on bare metal, bondo has a thiner in it so it will soften up the paint and make it easier to fall off

just outta curiousity..why do you drill holes in the dent? to pull it out, i assume?

To have something for he bondo to hold on to better, that way it like anchors down to the place where you applied the bondo.
