are all DET valve springs the same? so will valve springs for Rwd's work fine in FWD's??

They should be the same...the gti-r may be diff. from the BB though. I think it has a totally diff. head

Yes, the RWD SR20DET and FWD SR20DE/SR20DET's (Avenir/Bluebird) will have the same valve springs.
