My ebrake is not catching anymore and my daylights r not working even though my ebrake is released. If i get my ebrake cable replaced, shouldn't my daylights work again?? My left headlight is also out, and i replaced the bulb but it still won't work... R these to problems directly related?

The emergency brake isn't related in anyway, that I can imagine, to your wiring but replacing the cable isn't necessary, you can add tension to the cable by adjusting it, don't ask how cause I've never had to do it on my 200sx and I don't know for sure how Nissan has theirs done without instructions.
As far as your lights not working, sounds like you got some wiring problem somewhere and only way to really fix it is to trace the wiring from the head light that's out and see if you can find a break down the line or possibly you might have gotten a bad bulb when you went to replace it.
In regards to your driving lights sounds like you might have a fuse out, which MIGHT be related to your head light issue (if it wasn't a lemon of a bulb that you bought which is possible). Time to break out the trial and error method and start tinkering...

I adjusted mine. I had to take off my center console thing, and there was just a nut on the cable, really easy. Crazy sideways drifting is just a few turns away.
