would it be ok if i remove the oil sending unit for the turbo oil line. i figure, i dont need that dummy oil light and i will remove the bulb from the gauge cluster. but i was wondering if any repercussions would occur, besides the oil light coming on, such as the ECU going into "limp" mode.

The oil light will not come if you unhook the sender ( I just hooked up my Oil pressure gauge there today) And there are no ill effects to doing it. If you want your Dummy light then just make up a T fitting.

Nope no problems. Other than its a Pain in the A$$ to get out. They make a special socket tool but I got it out with channel locks:eek: Very tricky!!!!
