i was wondering if i could fit a fwd sr20 on to a rwd tranny and fit into a s13 body. will the mounts line up, or has anyone heard of such a thing being acomplished. tia

just wondering why, as you can get a rwd DET motor for less in most cases.

wont happen.
When you put a FWD engine in a RWD car the distributor will hit the firewall at the very least.

Among other problems:
Different front cover
Different accesorie drive setup
different intake and exhaust manifolds.
different mounts IIRC
