I found someone who is selling a used JWT ecu for $350. Any problems in buying a used ecu?

Though I've never bought one use, I here there is nothing wrong with buying one use.
CAUTION: Make sure the ecu you by is for your make and model also be sure to know if it's for a manual or automatic trans. All ecu's are not the same.
