No, it's not a 200SX SE-R. The 200SX SE-R is a 2-door coupe with the SR20DE. The '98-'99 Sentra SE, on the other hand, is a 4-door sedan with the SR20DE. So, technically, no the Sentra SE is not a 200SX SE-R, but if you were to look beyond name plates, chassis codes, number of doors, etc., in a sense, the '98-'99 Sentra SE is a 200SX SE-R.

Nope... They're the same. The 2 extra doors on the Sentra SE are the main difference.

Almost everythings the same except the 2 versus 4 doors. The tailights are different also. The spoilers are also different, I think the 200sx's is wider.

I think there is no LSD on the 98+ B14's.
