Pause! He lives in Norway man, he probably doesn't have access to everything we have. He asked if he could fit the suspension off a Sunny which is a legitmate question. You guys really need to slowdown with this Search button shit because not everything can be found with the search option.

As for the question I believe if you could find a Pulsar GTIR the whole suspension should fit the NX.

Good call, Ruthless, but Rollcage is comfortable admitting he's a professional dumbass, so don't expect too much... ;)

Also - Rollcage - why disassembing the NX2k?

Do not lower more than 35mm with springs only. The handling and ride will be very bad.

You can use anything for the N14 Sunny. However, the rear springs are a bit longer for the Sunny so the NX may sit a bit higher. Any N14 Sunny Coilovers are fine for the NX.

Somewhat long story that I would rather not discuss in this thread, as it is not my own. If you'd like to know, drop me a PM.

No for all.
NX is B13. Anything in suspension from a N14 will fit.

B12/N13 may have some parts in "common" but rare. Front struts from B13 have been fitted to B12.

Some other parts may fit but few. For example front struts from a B14, N15 but these are rare and will not be 100% fit on the NX (dimensions are slightly different, they will fit but you may be 2cm longer, etc).

Stick with B13/N14 parts.

well. i went to a carpartsshop today. and found out that i can get a lot of things !

The two it stands between are:
Yellov KONI, and Sachs !

And Eibach Springs ! :)

All in all aprox 6-7000 NOK. :) not bad.

IF your NX is a B13 (91-95) then there were no Yellow Konis for NX.
Can you get the part number for those you have seen????
In any case, Konis are way better than Sachs.

If the NX is not a B13 (91-95) then ignore my previous comments!!! :)

ANd stay away from Eibach springs.
It is better to stay with your stock ones. Eibach are lower but not much harder than stock and they tend to let the suspension bottom often. Bad for the struts, bad for the chassis.
If you opt for lowering, you need to investigate European market and het springs close to 250 (front) - 175 (rear) lbs/inch as a base figure. Anything else (and that includes Eibach Prokits and Sportlines) and you will bottom. Unless the roads over there have no bumps and you prefer looks from handling you need to keep searching.

its a B13. and the koni dampers stod in the koni katalouge !! :)

The problem whit the konis are that they are what should i call it ? input dampers ? so you have to saw the top of your old ones. rip out the actual damper. and put the koni in the old McPherson struckt unit ! kind a waste of time job. (did it on my brothers Eclipse) and i wont do it again. when the Sachs are the whole thing. and just as good for mine use !

Get part numbers.
As far as I know the only option they have for B13s are the RED Koni inserts (NOT Yellows) . Yes, you neeed to cut/modify the original struts so if you do not want to do it Konis are out.

As for Sachs, I do not know how good they maybe but I assume that they are a "stock-like" replacement.

Cheers
