god, this is pissing me off. my CAI keeps coming loose at the MAF, i don't know why, it didnt used to and everything is always tight as hell under there..argh..

it fucks up my idle when it comes loose, i dont want it to mess up anything more.

what kind of solutions are there?

buy a new coupler thingy that fits tighter. sounds like yours is stretched out or was just too big to begin with.
