I'm looking to buy a catback system for an S14DET and I want the quietest, most discreet 3" stainless steel system I can find with an emphasis on discreet. Which do you think is the better choice with the above mentioned criteria. The HKS Dragger II or the Blitz Nur Spec Racing. I've considered the Apexi N1 Dual but found out it's only 70mm up to the resonator and I'm not real fond of the dual cans out back.

I really don't want an exhaust that screams "look at me" nor do I want one that's obnoxiously loud. For those who've heard these exhaust systems please help with my decision.

Simple fact is, is that there is no such thing as a conservative import exhuast system. The Apexi N1 is the closest youll get. The GT spec sounds much better but is way more gaughty.

Thanks. After much consideration of many facts and preferences I went with the Apexi N1 Dual.

Yeah I have the Apexi N1 Dual on my S13 DET, it sounds pretty good IMO, it has a deep sound to it, I think you will like it.

DOH i wish i had read this thread earlier... you should have purchased the Blitz Realize TT exhaust..... its the uber quiet...

i have a blitz nurspec R on my S14.... cant really hear the exhaust once the wastegate opens though :P

Actually, I read about the Realize TT and spoke with someone who owns one. Was told it is very quiet and discreet and the only thing you can hear is the turbo spooling. I ended up refusing delivery of the Apexi Dual N1 system and am waiting anxiously for the Blitz system to arrive from Japan.
