Just out of curiousity, how much did that run you? I'm looking for a good mp3 player myself

This one is all over eBay for about $195!

Its more of a brushed aluminum, which I wasnt a big fan of at first. But it looks much better than the painted silver of my Blaupunkt.

And it gives me an excuse to buy a few other brushed aluminum trim pieces.

Some highlights: adjustable angle for the faceplate (motorized!), mp3s with ID3 tags, 3 sets of 4V preamps with a sub-out fader!, play resume on mp3s (my Blau doesnt do that), dimmer works in conjunction with car switch, 2--count em--2 aux inputs plus cd changer input.

Oh, that "headphone" jack is an aux input for portable players.

Thats bad ass. I was wondering what that headphone jack was for. Congrats on the purchase

Nice head unit. Need some tunes to drown out that road noise & exhaust. ;) Good find.

JVC is like a big secret. Its fairly cheap (compared to Kenwood and Alpine) but at the same time very good quality. I had one for 6 months (it was my friends) and I loved it, the only problem was that I mounted the changer above the sub box in the trunk and the cds would skip like crazy.
