"Last year there was a pretty big meet held in the parking lot next to Uno's on Golf/Meacham in Schaumburg. It was mostly imports due to advertisement on import only forums....
This year I'd like that to change, and have everyone come out, no matter what you have.. import.. domestic.. whatever.. this site welcomes everyone and anyone.
I'd say there was about 100 cars or so at the meet last year. This site didn't start till about 2 weeks after the meet. So hopefully this year, we can get everyone together.
I want to plan this early enough for alot of people to hear about it, and get the word around. If you post on any other forums, quote this post and put a thread up about it. "
Here are pics from last year (http://www.chicagovelocity.com/4.20.02.shtml)
This has been posted on many forums and weather permitting seems like it will be very big. Come repesent the Nissan crowd and bring some friends to meet other auto enthusiasts around the chicago/milwaukee area. Hope to see you there :)
