MarkSR20 04-08-2003, 02:19 PM Sweet numbers !!! How was your stock Clutch holding up ? I always wondered what the stock clutch could hold at a power level above 200whp. Was there any slipping or fading??? Good to hear your numbers and I will see you at the meet!!!
akapaul 04-08-2003, 02:55 PM Nice numbers there! Update your signature already ;)
charlie2020 04-08-2003, 05:20 PM MarkSR20........I tell you the stock clutch does pretty good, but after a whille of driving it does fad a little bit and sometimes all the way. But if you don't trash it back to back its it hold pretty desently. JMO since I also run a SR20DET W11 Avenir with the stock clutch to.
Nice numbers alleyboy!
Sirnixalot 04-08-2003, 05:26 PM i find that my stock clutch held up till about the 4th run down the strip...each with about 5mins cool down inbetween each run, then it started to slip
killase-r 04-08-2003, 06:16 PM i dunno where your stock clutches came from but when i had a stock clutch when i was n/a it didnt even hold up after about getting 1 run in i couldnt even hit 2nd anymore i think a stock nissan clutch has to be one of the worst.

Good to hear your numbers and I will see you at the meet!!! It holds ok at 8lbs with some slip in higher gears. It used to hold 12psi when I first installed the kit, but those days are over. As long as you don't shift too hard it will hold.
MarkSR20 04-09-2003, 10:36 AM Very impressive. I am suprised that it holds that much power. That is good knowledge to know, my stock Nissan clutch shit the bed at 50k in my black car. That is the first mod I did to the blue one and no worries since. Well I will see you at the meet! Have a good one!
Victorious 04-09-2003, 11:05 AM I know I'm a little late in respinding to this thread, but great run Alleyboy. Now you'll have to update your signature.;) :D
